How to access pekob on mobile
We provide three ways to access pekob on mobile devices. Android users can install our native APK for a dedicated app experience. iOS users and those preferring browser access can use Safari, Chrome, or any mobile browser. Native app versus browser on pekob

Device compatibility and requirements
We support Android 7.0 or later on phones and tablets. iOS users need iOS 12 or later; we recommend iOS 13 or newer for optimal performance. Your device must have at least 100 MB free storage for the Android APK. Browser access requires no storage but needs a stable internet connection. We do not support older Android versions (6.0 and earlier) or iOS versions before 12.
Troubleshooting installation on pekob
If Android users see a warning about installing from unknown sources, enable the setting by going to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources, then allow installation. If the APK fails to install, clear your download cache and retry. For iOS users, if pekob.id loads slowly in Safari, clear browsing history and cache, then refresh. If you encounter certificate warnings on first load, the connection is secure; tap "Continue" to proceed. Contact our support team via the pekob help menu if installation persists after these steps.
Data, permissions, and account security on pekob
The Android APK requests permission to access your network, storage (for offline caching), and notifications. We do not access your contacts, calendar, or media without explicit user action. Your account password and payment information are encrypted in transit and at rest. pekob does not store payment credentials locally; mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment handle payment data according to their own security standards.
