To deposit via e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, log in to your pekob account and select "Deposit". Choose online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking from our list. Enter your desired deposit amount. We redirect you to the app or mobile web page to authorise the payment. Once you approve the transfer from your local payment, online payment, or e-wallet wallet, the funds appear in your pekob account balance within two minutes.
We accept deposits from any mobile banking, local payment, or online payment account. Your phone number must match the account registered on pekob. If a deposit fails, contact e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment support first, then contact pekob if the transaction was deducted from your wallet but not credited to your account. We investigate and credit your balance within 24 hours on business days.
